Bespoke Bridal Co specialises in luxury personalised bridal accessories, gifts, apparel, and wedding items including:

All products are subject to availability.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

3. Product Information

We aim to display all products, colours, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible.

However:

  • Handmade products may contain slight variations

As many items are handmade and personalised, no two items will be completely identical.

4. Personalised Orders

Customers are responsible for checking:

before placing an order.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during checkout.

Once production has started, personalised orders cannot usually be changed or cancelled.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Lost parcels due to incorrect addresses

  • Delayed deliveries caused by postal services

  • Customs delays or fees

  • Failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping charges may apply if parcels are returned due to customer error.

8. Returns & Refunds

Key points include:

  • Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty

  • Used drinkware cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

  • Worn trainers and used clothing items cannot be refunded

  • Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours

9. Hygiene & Product Care

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Cups, tumblers, straws, and drinkware must not be returned once used unless faulty.

Care instructions must be followed for all products.

Failure to follow care instructions may:

  • Damage embellishments

  • Affect print quality

  • Void eligibility for replacement or refund

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Hand wash only

  • Do not microwave

  • Avoid soaking

  • Avoid excessive heat

10. Trainers & Clothing Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when purchasing:

  • Bridal trainers

  • Jackets

  • Apparel

We are not responsible for fit issues on personalised items once produced.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup, fake tan, or damage will not qualify for returns.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Product designs

  • Product images

  • Descriptions

  • Graphics

  • Marketing materials

belongs to Bespoke Bridal Co and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bespoke Bridal Co shall not be liable for:

  • Delivery delays

  • Loss of profits

  • Damage caused by misuse of products

  • Allergic reactions to materials or embellishments
